This page is why we do all of it: a live, public record of every AI placeholder that gets replaced by a real artist, every contribution that made it possible, and every name that deserves to be attached to the work. No summaries, no vague progress bar. The receipts, plainly stated.
How To Read This
Two ways an artist joins this page
Every swap logged here is tagged one of two ways, and both are worth being proud of. Paid means exactly that: the artist was compensated for the work, funded by memberships and contributions to the mission. Donated means the artist chose to give the work freely and specifically asked not to be paid for it — their name still goes up, in full, because the credit is theirs regardless of what changed hands.
The Ledger
What’s been replaced so far
Nothing Replaced Yet
We are not going to manufacture activity that hasn’t happened. The first artist to appear on this page has not been paid yet — because the budget that pays them is still being built, one membership and one contribution at a time. When it happens, and it will, you will see it here first: the character, the artist, and exactly how they were credited. This page is a promise with a due date, not a start date.
How The Ledger Fills Up
Every entry starts as a placeholder
Somewhere in the roster right now is a character wearing an AI placeholder instead of a finished piece. A membership or a contribution is what turns that placeholder into a paid or donated commission — and turns this empty page into a long one. That is the entire mechanism behind Income ≠ Outcome.
